Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to grow our customer base and revenue in the Nordics, making Superb the #1 platform for hospitality businesses in your market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new hospitality businesses such as restaurants, bars, and cafes in your territory.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand the needs of customers and position Superb as the ideal solution.
  • Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.
  • Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities and achieve monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • +1 year experience in a closing sales role, preferably with experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations or a genuine interest in the restaurant industry.
  • Danish fluency and comfort with English as our business language.
  • Ability to travel around for customer meetings and live in/near Copenhagen or Århus.
  • High energy and great relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative team player mentality.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus flexible working hours, empowerment, and plenty of vacation days to recharge and explore the world.
