**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development initiatives in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and collaborating with our local sales engineers to achieve our goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales engineers to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to ensure sales excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Industry knowledge and application expertise.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • English and Danish proficiency to business standards.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically to fulfill duties of the role.
  • Experience in the process control and instrumentation market.
