In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our global sales strategy and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, maintain and develop relationships with key customers and partners, and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key customers and partners to ensure long-term loyalty and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. You should have a deep understanding of global sales channels, market trends, and customer needs.
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.
