As International Sales Manager for Develco Products, you will lead the company's sales activities in Scandinavia and selected international markets. With a large amount of independence, you will identify, negotiate, and close business partnerships throughout your area of responsibility.

You will be a central part of an ambitious international sales team and have significant opportunity to influence the direction of the company.

Sales of IoT Solutions on the International Markets
Develco Products has developed a unique white-label IoT platform that allows for very fast time-to-market solutions for the B2B home care, security, and energy management verticals.

The company has developed a wide product portfolio including gateways, sensors, smart plugs, and meters, that combine different wireless technologies on a unique platform.

As International Sales Manager your role will be to further develop the existing customer portfolio and identify new business opportunities within the three identified industry verticals. You will partly rely on your own market research, partly obtain customer leads through our marketing activities, trade shows, etc.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Further strengthening the relationship and maximizing the business opportunity with existing customers in Scandinavia and selected international markets
  2. Identifying and developing new customer relationships
  3. Developing and prioritizing a lead and sales pipeline
  4. Executing on agreed sales and marketing strategies
  5. Coordinating all activities in projects between customers and the Develco Products team and ensuring internal follow-through.

The position reports to the VP, Head of Global Sales.

Tech-savvy Sales Profile with Experience within the IoT or IT Industry
We expect that you have 5-10 years of experience in technical and value-based B2B solution sales, preferably within the IT or IoT industry. You are comfortable working with large and small companies, and you possess excellent communication skills.

As a skilled negotiator, you can close deals and contracts for high-volume products for large customers without compromising profitability. Additionally, you are an outgoing, driven, and commercially-minded individual.

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  1. Tech-savvy with sales as a core competence and passion
  2. Ability to open new doors and develop valuable relationships
  3. Proactive with a strong drive and a positive attitude
  4. Strong collaboration and communication skills
  5. Structured and able to execute in a dynamic environment
  6. You are a self-starter and equally comfortable working alone and in a dynamic team
  7. Commercial or technical education with an advanced interest in IT/electronics products
  8. Fluent in English and good command of Danish/other Scandinavian language. German is a plus.
