Driving Commercial Excellence as a Senior Commercial Leader

Evida CO2 is embarking on a pivotal journey to establish itself as the leading Danish CO2 infrastructure provider, building upon four decades of experience in methane transport. The rapid development of the CO2 industry in Europe positions Denmark as a front-runner, with Evida CO2 aiming to be a crucial part of this ambition.
You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to shaping an industry, growing a company, and being at the forefront of a highly significant and exciting field. As a key player in setting the commercial direction with customers, you will develop the overarching commercial strategy and evolve Evida CO2's products.
The position reports directly to the Head of Evida CO2 Program and collaborates closely with the commercial organization and senior leadership to drive commercial growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Organization to drive customer engagement:
- Developing and supporting opportunities with the Sales team
- Creating business cases (with support from Finance) and materials for management decisions
- Serving as a key partner for problem-solving with Tender Managers
- Identifying key areas for improvement and developing proposals for new products, revised customer engagement strategies, commercial optimizations, campaigns, and more
- Owning market dynamics, trends, and expectations with deep understanding
- Leading commercial optimization projects
- Project ownership of customer- and product-centric initiatives
- Providing commercial analysis for product development
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including target customers, routes to market, USP definition, campaign management, and more
- Supporting or driving commercial strategic projects for Evida CO2
To excel in this role, you are expected to possess a relevant master's degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Finance, Natural Sciences, or Engineering, with top results. Your 2-10 years of experience in a related field, along with excellent project management, strategy development, and PPT skills, will serve as a solid foundation.
A prerequisite for this position is proficiency in English and Danish at a negotiation level. While your professional background and acumen are essential, personal characteristics and competencies play a vital role in fitting in with our team.

As a strong communicator, you will convey ideas clearly and confidently at all levels, including top management.
