About the Position:

This is a two-year tenure track position that involves research, teaching, and scientific communication. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in advanced analytical techniques such as NMR and GC-MS, with a strong focus on dairy and plant-based foods and food waste streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct cutting-edge research in foodomics and publish high-impact papers in reputable journals.
  2. Develop and deliver research-based teaching modules in food analytics and plant-based foods, including cereals.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop new research projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated international competitiveness in research within foodomics and food analytics.
  • Proven experience in spectroscopic methods and multivariate data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
