We are seeking a talented Communications and Marketing professional to lead our external presence and storytelling efforts.

Home.Earth is a pioneering real estate company on a mission to redefine sustainable urban development.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our communications and marketing strategies, enhancing our brand presence, and developing compelling content for various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a marketing and communication strategy that aligns with Home.Earth's mission and objectives;
  • Providing strategic guidance and prioritizing marketing and communication efforts;
  • Crafting and managing compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and press releases;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders;
  • Monitoring and analyzing marketing and communication metrics to track campaign effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.

Requirements include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations;
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and communication strategies;
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in Danish and English;
  • Ability to work both strategically and with execution;
  • Commercial mindset with focus on delivering business outcomes;
  • Experience in working closely with senior management and guiding marketing and communication efforts at a strategic level.
