Biotechnology Project Manager for Life Science Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Biotechnology Project Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex cross-functional projects related to our life science products. You will manage and secure successful execution of turn-key projects in hospitals and the pharmaceutical industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously within our standardized methods and tools.
  • Performing and monitoring FAT and SAT with protocols and conclusion meetings with customers and manufacturers.
  • Leading cross-functional teams in managing and executing projects.
  • Developing all project-related deliverables, including project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensuring deliverables within the project time plan and budget.
  • FOLLOWING INTERNAL PROCEDURES AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE.
  • Being part of the development of the Nordic project department and the tools used.

The position is based at Getinge's office in Skovlunde and reports to the General Manager Service Nordics. The position involves some travel.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a technical project manager leading larger installation projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Danish and English languages.
  • A driver's license.
  • Knowledge of MDR/FDA/GAMP guidelines and SAT and FAT within project management (meritorious).

You will also need to possess strong organizational skills, be a strong decision-maker, and have excellent communication and diplomatic skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from 120,000 - 180,000 DKK per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive health insurance package.
