About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the German market.

Your primary objective will be to support revenue growth by identifying, contacting, and communicating with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings. You will also operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services.

Additionally, you will carefully design your prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives. You will maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
