Key ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will be responsible for email marketing, nurture programs, campaign execution, and ensuring email campaigns align with our overall marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing key email performance metrics, utilizing A/B testing and segmentation strategies.
You will work closely with our revenue operations team to ensure Pardot-Salesforce integration is functioning effectively, ensuring accurate lead flow and reporting. Additionally, you will utilize Pardot's advanced segmentation and automation features to streamline marketing efforts and deliver personalized messaging at scale.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. You will also need hands-on experience with email marketing, nurture programs, and campaign execution, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices for campaign optimization.
Proficient in analytics and reporting, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation platforms, you will be able to analyze data, derive insights, and make recommendations for optimization. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, you will also have great communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
