As Head of Sales Performance, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a robust graduate program at The Hub. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs, developing and overseeing a structured graduate program, and establishing key performance indicators to evaluate the success of sales training programs.

A strong background in sales, preferably with experience in a leadership or training role, is required. Solid experience in designing, implementing, and delivering effective sales training programs, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally are also essential.

We are looking for a candidate who can lead by example, motivate and inspire the sales team, and ensure that all training initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
