Opgaver
  • Skabe oplevelser, som gæsterne fortæller andre om, og som får dem til at vende tilbage.
  • Organisere virkningsfulde kulturelle programmer.
  • Holde dig opdateret om lokale initiativer og inspirere gæsterne med nye idéer.
  • Besvare og handle på gæsteanmeldelser på en måde, der afspejler Lockes engagement.
  • Lede dit team og støtte det i også at gøre alle disse ting.
  • Coache og være ansvarlig for dit team, herunder definere SMART-mål.

Kvalifikationer
