Job Title: Head of Demand Generation

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Demand Generation to lead our demand generation strategy and team at Pleo. As a key member of our Revenue Marketing Team, you will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of demand generation specialists to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation programs and optimize performance.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources to channels that yield the most efficient return on investment.
  • Evaluate and select outside vendors and specialist agencies to contribute to demand creation programs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and leverage data-driven insights to continually refine strategies and drive results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SaaS B2B marketing roles with a focus on digital demand generation.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of demand generation specialists.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented marketer with a track record of impact.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Clay is advantageous.
