About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Demand Generation to lead our demand generation strategy and team at Pleo Technologies ApS. As a key member of our Revenue Marketing Team, you will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  2. Lead and develop a small team of demand generation specialists to achieve business objectives.
  3. Manage lead generation programs, including lead capture, scoring, and nurturing, to maximise lead quality and conversion rates.
  4. Develop and implement customer advocacy programs to recognise, federate, and foster upselling/cross-selling opportunities for our sales team.
  5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns and align efforts to achieve business objectives.
  6. Measure, analyse, and report on the impact of programmes and improve performance when needed.
  7. Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources to channels that yield the most efficient return on investment.
  8. Maintain a feedback loop between sales and marketing to optimise lead generation campaigns and find opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions.
  9. Evaluate, select, and manage outside vendors and specialist agencies that contribute to demand creation programmes.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and leverage data-driven insights to continually refine strategies and drive results.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in SaaS B2B marketing roles with a particular focus on digital demand generation experience.
  2. Proven experience in leading and developing a team of demand generation specialists.
  3. Results-oriented marketer with a track record of impact and a strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  5. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Clay is advantageous.
