Head of Demand Generation

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation leader to join our team at Pleo Technologies ApS. As Head of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a small team of demand generation specialists to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive revenue growth, including lead capture, scoring, and nurturing.
- Manage lead generation programs to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
- Develop a customer advocacy program to recognize, federate, and foster upselling/cross-selling opportunities for our sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns and align efforts to achieve business objectives.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of programs and improve performance when needed.
- Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources to channels that yield the most efficient return on investment.
- Maintain a feedback loop between sales and marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and find opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions.
- Evaluate, select, and manage outside vendors and specialist agencies that contribute to demand creation programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and leverage data-driven insights to continually refine strategies and drive results.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SaaS B2B marketing roles with a focus on digital demand generation, including paid social, content syndication, ABM, lead generation, and scoring.
- Experience in leading a team of demand generation marketers and developing, leading, motivating, and getting the best out of people.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented marketer with a track record of impact.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Credible communicator with impeccable presentation skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Clay is advantageous.
