Senior Sales Development Executive

Job Scope and Objectives:
The Director of Client Acquisition and Retention is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand existing client relationships, and attract new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of GTT's products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Sell GTT's comprehensive range of products and services, emphasizing the benefits of our technology and expertise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, to stay informed about new developments and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage relationships with senior-level executives at existing and prospective client organizations, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, resulting in increased revenue growth and expanded market share.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure GTT remains competitive in the market.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and goal-setting activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and individual career development.
