Om jobbet
Du vil som Client Director blive ansvarlig for en afdeling med flere teams med kompetencer inden for bl.a. drift, controlling og administration af ejendomme. Du vil få det overordnede ansvar for det samlede kundeforhold, den samlede serviceleverance til kunden, fuldt P&L-ansvar samt ledelsesansvaret for medarbejdere og ledere. Det forventes at du skaber en tæt relation med kunderne, forstår deres forretning, proaktivt udvikler tiltag til at støtte kundernes forretning samt sikrer genforhandling og forlængelse af eksisterende aftaler. Du skal tage kundeforholdet til et niveau, hvor vi er vores kunders strategiske rådgiver og tætte samarbejdspartner.

Du får indflydelse på alt fra kundeforhandlinger og forretningsudvikling til implementering af nye arbejdsmetoder. Din indsats vil bidrage direkte til kundens succes og til Newsecs vækst.

Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med Client Directors for de andre afdelinger og med den Head of Business Unit, som du vil referere til. Du kan også forvente at have et samarbejde med kolleger fra andre dele af organisationen, da vi lægger vægt på vidensdeling, samt faglig sparring på tværs af organisationen, så vi både som organisation og som medarbejdere løbende udvikler os. Derudover er dine opgaver blandt andet at:

  • Coache og inspirere direkte rapporterende ledere og medarbejdere for at nå mål, prioritere og udvikle lederskab og forretningsforståelse.
  • Oprette en salgsdrevet organisation, der identificerer kundebehov og leverer yderligere services uden for standardaftalen samt udvikler og implementerer nye indtægtsstrømme.
  • Kontinuerligt identificere og implementere nye arbejdsmetoder med fokus på omkostningseffektivitet og standardisering.

Stillingen stiller særlige krav til gode kontakter og godt samarbejde med kunder, medarbejdere, branchekolleger, relationer i virksomheden og i resten af koncernen samt med andre interessegrupper. Stillingen er central for Newsec, hvorfor evnen til at skabe relationer og netværk er af stor betydning.

Ud over et kommercielt og faglig mindset lægger vi vægt på, at du har en relevant akademisk uddannelse og dokumenteret erfaring med ledelse af strategiske kundepartnerskaber.

  • Har erfaring fra en førende virksomhed med fuldt P&L ansvar.
  • Besidder fremragende ledelsesmæssige kompetencer og har erfaring med at udvikle teams og ledere med din empatiske, lyttende og rummelige tilgang til dine medarbejdere.
  • Har et stærkt forretningsdrive og erfaring med at udvikle og implementere forretningsmodeller, strategier og forretningsplaner.
  • Sætter ambitiøse mål og formår at planlægge, prioritere, følge op og nå i mål med opgaverne.
  • Formår at skabe resultater for kunderne, i dit eget team og i resten af organisationen.
  • Bygger stærke relationer og har fremragende kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner.
  • Besidder stor beslutningskraft, og samtidigt forstår hvornår det er vigtigt at inddrage andre i din beslutningsproces.
  • Har gode mundtlige og skriftlige færdigheder på dansk og engelsk.

Erfaring fra ejendomsbranchen, facility management eller servicebranchen vil være en fordel, men ikke et krav. Har du et godt kendskab til fast ejendom vil det også være positivt.
