Folkekirkens Nødhjælp is seeking a skilled Technical Support and Data Services professional to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support services, including troubleshooting system and network problems, as well as diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in database management, with a proven track record of working with refugee beneficiary-related data management. They should also possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and organizational ERP websites. Experience with Red Rose is highly desirable.
In this role, you will work closely with our country and headquarters-based teams to ensure the smooth operation of our database systems, as well as the quality of data entry and validation. You will also be responsible for building the capacity of staff who are involved in digital payment systems, such as fresh food e-vouchers.
