We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Sales Growth Director to lead our Danish B2B team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, developing your team, and ensuring we reach our ambitious goals.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Account Managers and Key Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Take ownership of budget and target setting, ensuring your team achieves key sales and growth objectives.
  • Implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve market growth in Denmark.
  • Ensure the effective use of CRM systems and structured sales processes to maximize team efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the international sales team and other EasyPark functions.

You will contribute and make an impact in many ways:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth.
  4. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure their continued growth and success.

Your Profile:

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and humble approach.
  • Fluent in both Danish and English.
  • A passion for working in a global business, with a desire to contribute to an international, dynamic work environment.

Salary: Estimated salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
