Customer Service Representative with Hearing Aid Expertise

About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Consumer Relations Specialist to join our team at GN Store Nord A/S. As a key member of our Technical Support Services department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer experiences through professional communication and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries regarding manufacturer policies and product information.
- Direct consumers to Hearing Care Professionals for answers to their inquiries as appropriate, utilizing company systems for efficient referrals.
- Conduct thorough research on consumer inquiries related to hearing aid history, accessories, and parts.
- Maintain open communication channels by making outbound calls to consumers requiring follow-up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with local and international departments to resolve consumer issues and foster positive customer relationships.
- Document all consumer interactions in designated company systems, ensuring accurate records and quality assurance.
- Participate in assigned projects and contribute to the growth and development of the Technical Support Services team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- A strong customer-centric approach, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and soft skills.
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely follow-through in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing technology.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing excellent service and resolving complex issues.
