Sales Growth and Customer Engagement Manager

At GN Store Nord A/S, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with hearing loss to live their lives to the fullest. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Territory Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and maintain sales within your assigned territory.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and address potential threats to maintaining sales.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with inside sales and customer service teams to drive sales growth and enhance customer experiences.
- Product Education: Educate customers on our product lines and technologies, providing expert guidance to help them make informed decisions.
- Training and Development: Serve as an instructor for group training sessions throughout the US, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
- Communication: Actively participate in all regularly scheduled conference calls and meetings, staying connected with stakeholders across the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; AuD (Clinical Doctor of Audiology), Master's or PhD in Audiology preferred.
- Experience: VA experience, clinic, and hearing aid fitting experience preferred; outside sales experience a plus.
