About the Job

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy and P&L for Snacks and Grains categories across several Nordic markets.

Main Objectives
  • Grow Revenue: Drive share, revenue, and profit growth across assigned markets, accounts, and categories by implementing actions to meet targets.
  • Foster Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with key distributors / partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead Teams: Manage Jr. Commercial Manager(s), setting clear priorities and supporting career development.
  • Maintain Performance: Ensure compliance with Global Control Standards while managing budgets, forecasting sales, and tracking monthly performance.
  • Collaborate Stakeholders: Work closely with Northern Europe category teams, leadership, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • FMCG Background: 7+ years in FMCG, ideally with a top branded player.
  • Nordic Retail Knowledge: Strong understanding of Nordic retail, specifically Denmark.
  • Sales Team Management: Proven ability to lead successful sales teams and develop commercial talent.
  • Communication Expertise: Strong presentation and communication abilities, with influence across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Insights: Experience with Nielsen and GfK data analysis.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent in English; fluency in a Danish language is preferred.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strategic Vision: Capable of navigating complex business challenges and driving long-term strategy.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
