We're now seeking an experienced Nordic Market Development Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in Norway. Your mission will be to make SUPERB the leading platform for restaurants in your market.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth in Norway.
  • Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Proven success in cold-calling and sales efforts into local businesses.
  3. Knowledge of restaurant operations or a genuine interest in the industry.
  4. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
