About the Role

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive growth across assigned markets, accounts, and categories.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market partners to develop annual commercial plans and oversee execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably with a top branded player.
  • Strong knowledge of Nordic retail and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
