About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead our Dairy and Lactase business in the Nordics. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, develop strategic relationships, and execute regional market plans to enhance Kerry's value proposition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with deep knowledge of each project, health, forecast, probability of success, risks, and competition.
- Manage and train distributors to drive sales growth and enhance customer relationships.
- Execute regional market plans and account plans to drive business growth and enhance Kerry's value proposition.
- Contribute to the global sales team with expertise, best practices, and knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
- Commercial sales and account management experience in the B2B ingredient industry, preferably in the food or dairy industry in the Nordics.
- Ideal candidate has a working knowledge of local languages in the Nordics.
- Typically holds a bachelor's degree in science with proven Sales & Marketing skills, including competencies in Enzymology, Dairy processes, Negotiations, Dairy industry, account management, and market knowledge.
- Proven track record of achieving sustained business growth through strategic and key account management.
- Self-driven with excellent interpersonal skills, with proven capabilities to monitor versatility in customer dialogues and relationship development & maintenance.
