About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Kao Salon Division team in Denmark. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and supporting our salon partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our presence in the Danish market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and key decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert knowledge and support on our premium brands, Goldwell and KMS, to help salons enhance their services and offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective support measures for our salon partners.
  • Act as an ambassador for Kao, promoting our values and mission to the salon community and beyond.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with salon partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and sales expertise to drive growth and revenue.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Fluency in English and Danish languages.
