What You Will Do
In this role, you will touch upon several aspects of the sales process, including preliminary research and support, quotations, design specifications, and participation in customer meetings and consultations. Moreover, you will leverage your technical insight into the calculation and design of optimal solutions in collaboration with your customers.
You will be responsible for offering sales support to our customers and partners around the world. As our new Sales Application Engineer, you will become the point of contact for your customers and develop and maintain relations with several stakeholders, including your customers, partners, and our factory.
This is an opportunity to join a close-knitted team of 15 individuals based in Aarhus (Højbjerg), where teamwork and mutual support are valued. At Johnson Controls, we embrace the philosophy of 'Freedom with responsibility', going above and beyond to provide our customers with exceptional service.
What We Look For
- Degree in Engineering or Machine engineering
- The most important qualification is a technical mindset that enables you to understand, advise, and support your customers regarding their technical needs
- Effective negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
- Perhaps you have a couple of years' experience, but not necessarily from sales
