As our Head of Sales and Partner Relations, you will become part of a company with high team spirit and ambitious colleagues. You will develop your skills and leadership abilities through projects and coaching within the Scandinavian venture environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement your sales strategy.\
  • Build out the lead marketing machine.\
  • Drive sales to hit and exceed revenue targets.\
  • Hire, develop, and lead a top-notch sales team.\
  • Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organisation.\
  • Follow KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to improve results.\
  • Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment.\
  • Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.\
  • Work closely and in collaboration with other managers.\
  • Report into the CEO.\
