Key Responsibilities

As part of a dedicated team of 7 Finance Business Partners, you will collaborate closely with the heads of various Business Units. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Business Unit through all phases of the annual financial cycle, including monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Implementing performance management methodologies and processes, contributing to the development of relevant metrics.
  • Engaging in M&A activities, particularly in the integration of acquisitions.
  • Overseeing financial processes within the Business Unit, acting as a liaison between the Business Unit and Group Finance.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, implementing best practices, and driving efficiency in financial operations.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner in a global organization or a similar finance/FP&A role.
  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Management Accounting, or a related field.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders at various managerial levels in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong independent working skills as well as the ability to contribute effectively in team settings to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to ensure successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
