About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at NINE UNITED A/S. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring, leading, and coordinating our onsite and online training programs, working closely with external experts to ensure we have the latest knowledge in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new colleagues, ensuring they have a solid foundation for effective employee development.
  • Act as our culture ambassador, ensuring our founding principles and values are deeply ingrained in our colleagues.
  • Collaborate with external providers to establish and coordinate leadership training programs.
  • Design and implement mentoring and coaching initiatives, pairing experienced employees with newer team members to foster knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Manage tuition reimbursement programs to encourage continuous learning.
  • Develop and deliver workshops on specific skills, such as sales, communication, and time management, to contribute to professional growth.
  • Establish online learning platforms, working with our IT colleagues to provide e-learning resources and flexible learning opportunities.
  • Structure job rotation and shadowing programs to broaden our colleagues' perspectives and skills.

Requirements

  • A background in HR, Training, or Communication, combined with 3+ years of experience working with development administration and training program structuring.
  • Practical experience with learning management software, MS Office, and databases.
  • Excellent knowledge of traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.

You should have a strong command of English and excellent presentation skills. As a team player, you will work well independently and collaboratively, contributing a positive mindset and humor to our team.
