Transformative Role in Strategic Business Growth

We are seeking a visionary Strategic Business Growth Manager to drive business growth and customer excellence across North and Central Europe. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead key initiatives, foster collaboration across countries and functions, and develop essential commercial, medical, and market access capabilities.

About the Role:

This position is an instrumental part of our team, focusing on providing the support, tools, and guidance necessary to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for the business. As a strategic leader, you will leverage your expertise to deliver valuable insights that drive our strategic decisions and enhance our overall market presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities across NCE and develop business cases to realize revenue growth. Create market entry strategies for new products, set revenue targets, and support product launches.
  • Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency: Identify core issues within the commercial organisation and lead process improvements. Ensure data integrity and monitor market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and benchmark business performance using key metrics. Drive adoption of analytics and identify underperforming areas to implement targeted strategies.
  • Change Management: Act as a change agent to drive business improvement and innovation. Lead the transition to a more digital and data-driven business model. Support upskilling of sales teams on new digital tools.

Your Future Team:

You will report directly to the Marketing & Market Access Director and have the opportunity to oversee and guide a dedicated team member as your direct report. Our region is part of International Operations, and our office is located in Valby, Copenhagen.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical markets including healthcare systems in countries across the region
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate at different levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English as well as Danish

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of approximately €75,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy excellent benefits, career development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
