Strategic Business Growth Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our Partner Success Team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving mutual growth and success.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive mutual growth and success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive enablement and lead generation activities.
- Identify new partnerships or business opportunities and pitch Klarna's services to secure deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including c-suite executives.
- Presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews to partner c-suite teams.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Retail, payments, and/or e-commerce experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business relationships.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Klarna offers a competitive base salary of approximately €60,000 per annum, plus benefits such as:
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) as part of the equity offering.
- Contribution-Based Reward (CBR) program recognizing significant contributions to our success.
