Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our Partner Success Team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving mutual growth and success.

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive enablement and lead generation activities.
  • Identify new partnerships or business opportunities and pitch Klarna's services to secure deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including c-suite executives.
  • Presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews to partner c-suite teams.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Retail, payments, and/or e-commerce experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business relationships.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Benefits

Klarna offers a competitive base salary of approximately €60,000 per annum, plus benefits such as:
