Nordic Enterprise Sales Professional

In this role as Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing enterprise customers in the Nordics market. You will be part of an international team, headquartered in Aalborg, with a strong presence in the Nordics market and North America.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role requires a self-driven and highly responsible sales professional with a deep understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, and workplace technology. Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating outbound prospecting, social selling (LinkedIn), and supporting partner channels to find and cultivate leads and opportunities.
- Managing and driving the entire sales process from creating a lead/opportunity to closed won, being the one in charge of the entire sales cycle and customer journey.
- Driving value-based and consultative sales, diagnosing customer challenges, educating customers on both challenges and solutions, and aligning AskCody's solutions with measurable business outcomes.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Proven experience in a Sales or Account Management role, where you have had exposure to outbound prospecting and generating leads.
- Proven experience in managing, creating, and overseeing your own pipeline.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales approach – not transactional selling.
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles and handling complex negotiations, with a diverse stakeholder landscape.
