Job Description

This role will see you working with industry-leading experts on groundbreaking Power-to-X, Gas Infrastructure, CO2- and energy storage technologies. As our new Bid Coordinator, your focus will be to drive processes and prepare all phases of the proposal process, collaborating with world-class experts in Project Management, Business Development, and executive leadership across the Ramboll Energy group.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the team effort in responses to Expressions of Interest, Pre-Qualifications, Proposals, Tenders, and associated processes.
  • Coordinating, contributing, and scoping of proposal work through all phases, from expression of interest, through pre-qualification, and final proposal for larger projects. This includes collection of references and coordination with Bid Managers / Owners, ensuring delivery of quality and timing of efforts.
  • Maintaining data integrity of RamLink, our reference and CV database.
  • Liaising and cooperating with commercial, financial, and legal colleagues to ensure proposals are compliant.
  • Developing and maintaining best practices for quality of past project descriptions and team profiles.
  • Contributing to ongoing development of our 'tender toolkit' for continuous improvement.
Your Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an engineering or commercial discipline, with a demonstrable understanding of business development processes in a consultancy environment. Knowledge of engineering projects highly regarded.
  • Evidence of customer-focused approach, solution-oriented and structured way of working.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support large team efforts, often against challenging timeframes.
  • Experience in coordinating input of different stakeholders in Technical, Commercial, Legal, and Business Development to ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals.
  • Strong planning skills with ability to recognize and prioritize key tasks in delivering tenders and proposals in accordance with submission dates.
  • Natural analytical approach and ability to grasp new complex tasks with aim of translating them into goals and actions.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
