Job SummaryThe People Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing HR administrative tasks, and supporting managers with legal issues and policy-related questions. This role will also involve leading the end-to-end recruitment process, organizing pre-boarding, on-boarding, and off-boarding initiatives, and working proactively with People & Culture data to improve HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process for the launch of 1 Hotel Copenhagen, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
- HR Administrative Tasks: Manage a wide variety of HR administrative tasks, including absence management and policy-related questions.
- Support to Managers: Provide support to managers with legal issues, shift planning, and policy-related questions.
- Pre-boarding, On-boarding, and Off-boarding: Organize and execute pre-boarding, on-boarding, and off-boarding initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- HR Analytics: Work proactively with People & Culture data to continuously improve HR analytics for accurate reporting and insights.
We're looking for a passionate and organized individual with a strong background in HR and a systematic approach to problem-solving. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English, as well as experience with MS Office and HR systems such as Workday, TimePlan, and Lessor.
