Job Overview:

Moment A/S is seeking a skilled and dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our team in Copenhagen. As an integral part of our Legal Services, Procurement, and Logistics Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily tasks.

About the Role:

This interim position offers a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong command of Microsoft Office tools, and a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including handling documents, managing calendars, and coordinating projects.
  2. Communication and Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses to queries.
  3. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
  4. Task Management: Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure efficient workflow within the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a solid educational background in administration, communication, or finance. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of other official EU languages would be a valuable asset.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive Salary: 17261 kr. per hour (approximately 23.2 EURO per hour)
  2. Location: Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen
  3. Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00, Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
