Administrative Support Specialist for EEA Interim

Moment A/S is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide interim support for our Legal Services, Procurement, and Logistics Group.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting online research, coordinating projects, handling administrative tasks with autonomy, monitoring contracts, and assisting with other tasks of a similar nature and level of responsibility.
Main Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough online information searches to support project needs
- Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks with a high degree of independence, including filing, scanning, archiving, and photocopying documents
- Monitoring contracts to ensure compliance and effective management
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of an advanced secondary education in administration, communication, or finance, preferably with relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with familiarity with databases an asset
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in other official EU languages a plus
Practical Details
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Duration: 20th of December 2024, with the possibility of extension
- Salary: Estimated at around 172.61 kr per hour (23.2 EUR per hour) based on location and industry standards
- Location: Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen
- Working hours: 37 hours per week
- Working schedule: Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00, Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
