Transform Youth Empowerment in the MENA Region

We are seeking a dedicated professional to spearhead our youth employment initiatives in Jordan and contribute to scaling up GAME's impact across the Middle East and North Africa.

About the Position

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to strengthen youth employability opportunities in partnership with local stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with project partners to achieve project milestones and targets.
  • Provide program management support, utilizing project management tools to ensure systematic delivery.
  • Align with relevant stakeholders to enhance entrepreneurship and financing of start-ups in the region.
  • Leverage GAME's methods and expertise to drive impactful change.

About You

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant projects or organizations, with a focus on youth-related employability issues.
  • Proven track record of working on youth entrepreneurship programs and initiatives accessing external financing.
  • Strong relationships with civil society, local authorities, private sector, and other relevant stakeholders on entrepreneurship among youth.
  • Experience in program development, relationship building, and coordination of project design and implementation.
  • Relevant degree or education, fluency in English and Arabic, and understanding of the Jordanian culture and context.

Workplace and Benefits

GAME Jordan Country Office, Amman. Full-time contract with health insurance and social security coverage, renewable based on performance. Estimated salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum.
