Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join our Global Customer Success team, responsible for driving customer success initiatives and defining strategies that meet business goals. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership and analytical skills to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Success Program Management: Develop and implement Customer Success programs aligned with business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with regional teams to align goals and ensure seamless implementation.
- Customer Insights Analysis: Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic business partner to regional teams, setting clear direction and measurable targets.
Requirements:
- Customer Success Experience: Develop and implement Customer Success programs aligned with business goals.
- Leadership Skills: Collaborate with regional teams and lead commercial initiatives across global and local teams.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient analytical skills to identify and address customer needs effectively.
