Your New Role

As our Senior Offshore Wind Proposal Manager, you will play a crucial part in driving project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensuring timely submissions of high-quality proposals. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and tender teams to develop and execute compelling, client-centric bids.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead entire bid processes, coordinating efforts across our global engineering and advisory teams to deliver high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
  • Support the creation of bid strategies by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
  • Plan, prepare, and compile compelling, well-written, and precise proposals and bid documents.
  • Utilize and manage our internal tools and processes (e.g., CRM, project excellence, decision gates) to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication, and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
  • Enhance our sales processes, tools, templates, and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field or applicable disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Business Communication, Engineering).
  • Relevant experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level expected).
  • Experienced team player with strong project management skills who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-focused approach as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working.
  • Familiarity with public/private procurement processes and commercial, contractual, and execution models.
