About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join our global Wind team. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Sales function, you will play a critical role in driving project-specific bid processes and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
- Develop and execute high-quality, client-centric, and successful proposals in collaboration with Project Managers and tender teams.
- Apply your commercial and technical expertise to offer valuable support for account management and regional commercial activities.
- Foster efficient team collaborations across the wind division.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in proposal or bid management, preferably in the energy sector. You should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience with public / private procurement processes and commercial, contractual and execution models is also essential.
