We're seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support across various departments and office locations in the greater Copenhagen area.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be part of the DD&IT Business Support & Program Office area, working in a cross-functional setup to ensure the best facilitation of workplace management, mainly in Denmark. You will have reference to the IT Office Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in and coordinating support to various DD&IT sites in Denmark, e.g., onsite support in connection to changes.
  • Communication and change management efforts towards users via Viva Engage, SharePoint, and info screens.
  • Stakeholder management towards Corporate Facilities, Inhouse services, etc.
  • Closely cooperating with the DD&IT Admin team.
  • Assisting in the coordination and organization of meetings, events, and projects.

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following prerequisites:

  • You may have previous experience in similar roles or hold an administrative education degree or have recently graduated in a related field. Experience in project management or communication is preferred.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a business level.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have the ability to quickly learn new software skills.
  • You are an innovative thinker who can devise new and efficient ways of managing administrative tasks.
  • You thrive in a work environment that offers a high level of autonomy and the freedom to structure your workday, while also being able to work independently.

We offer a competitive salary between $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
