About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist to join our Performance & Rewards team at GN Store Nord A/S. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in rewards and performance management to make a meaningful impact on our global organization.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of competitive total reward offerings informed by market data, designing and implementing new performance and reward initiatives to support our business strategy, and working closely with colleagues in People & Culture to ensure end-to-end performance and reward agenda is managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process owner for one of GN's annual performance and reward processes (e.g. global merit process)
  • Reward partner to a dedicated business area, advising senior leaders on performance and rewards agenda
  • Drive and ensure the development of competitive total reward offering informed by market data to support fact-driven decision-making
  • Design, develop, and deploy new performance and reward initiatives to support GN's business strategy
  • Drive ongoing improvements of GN's performance and reward framework and governance to ensure consistent structure and efficient processes
  • Work closely with colleagues in People & Culture to ensure end-to-end performance and reward agenda is managed and delivered effectively
  • Conduct job evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology
  • Support deliveries for GN's Remuneration Committee meetings
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in developing and implementing reward solutions, excellent analytical skills enabling you to make fact-based decisions and proposals, and experience driving complex projects, planning, and change management skills.

You will also need to have a Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration or similar, and a rare combination of an entrepreneurial mindset and the finesse to navigate the corporate landscape.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a highly competitive salary package, estimated to be around 85,000 - 110,000 DKK per year, depending on your qualifications and experience, plus a range of benefits including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
