Senior Account Director Opportunity

Collinson Insurance Europe Limited is seeking a seasoned leader to drive commercial success and foster strong client relationships as our Senior Account Director.

Your Impact

As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most significant accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

  • Lead and Develop: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of outstanding results while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance that aligns with their business objectives and Collinson's offerings.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross-selling of Collinson's diverse portfolio of solutions.
  • Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead high-stakes negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and outcomes that align with both client needs and Collinson's goals.
  • Crisis Management: Proactively manage and resolve any issues or challenges, leveraging your experience in crisis management to maintain strong client relationships.
What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in account management and business development, with a successful track record of driving growth in the Financial Services or Loyalty sectors.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align client needs with Collinson's business objectives.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of deal structuring, negotiations, and financial analysis.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional crisis management skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and turn them into opportunities.
  • Education: An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable, along with a strong foundation in economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
