Business Development Manager, Copenhagen

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a License Owner in Copenhagen. As a License Owner, you will be responsible for bringing the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in the assigned city.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games, engage in creative sales and marketing efforts to introduce customers to the platform, and oversee a schedule of games to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) as well as a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off the operation.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned market, with a focus on driving business growth and increasing customer engagement.
Requirements
- Passion for Football: A strong passion for football and a connection to the local football scene.
- Business Acumen: A business background, ideally in management and customer service.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial background or spirit, with a commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned market.
- Results-Oriented: A hunger to succeed, with financial compensation proportionate to hard work, business acumen, and effectiveness.
