Role Overview

The Copenhagen Review Of Communication seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Communications Lead to join our team and drive the development of our luxury brand's communications strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategic communications to shape the narrative and elevate the voice of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Vision: Develop and implement innovative communications strategies that align with our corporate goals and equity story.
  2. Agency Partnership: Collaborate with external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and maintain ongoing dialogue to ensure alignment with our messaging.
  3. Crisis Management: Navigate sensitive issues with agility, fostering engagement across the business to address challenges proactively.
  4. Message Preparation: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop compelling messaging for interviews and presentations, ensuring a cohesive narrative across markets.
  5. Media Relations: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key reporters and media outlets, positioning Copenhagen Review Of Communication as a thought leader in the luxury industry.
  6. Financial Communications: Prepare insightful speaking notes and presentations for quarterly financial communications, and craft strategic company announcements and quotes for the CEO and Chairman.
  7. Proactive Storytelling: Identify and pitch captivating corporate stories to major business media, showcasing our innovations and achievements.
  8. Training and Development: Equip spokespersons with the skills and confidence needed to represent our brand effectively in various public engagements.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Approximately 10+ years of experience in communications or a related field.
  2. Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications or a related field.
  3. Global Perspective: A global perspective and understanding of diverse markets.
  4. Media Relations: Proven media relations expertise and a comprehensive network within the industry.
  5. Creative Problem Solving: A creative problem solver with strategic insight and experience in issues management.

Join our collaborative communications team, where you'll work across Social Media, Internal Communications, and PR. Based in our office, you will collaborate with teams in Global Marketing, Investor Relations, Strategy, People & Culture, Product Management, and Sustainability, alongside our global leadership team and CEO.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.

Travel: Approx. 5%.
