We are seeking a skilled Document Management Professional to join our team at Eurowind Energy A/S. As an Archiving Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our global archive structure and migrating our existing digital archive into our new system.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading developer, owner, and operator of wind and solar energy projects. You will be responsible for establishing an international document structure across all our markets, maintaining and developing our document structure, and organizing and managing our physical archive in Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and establish our new document structure across all markets
  • Provide education, support, and guidance to colleagues on proper documentation procedures and best practices
  • Manage the physical document archive, including filing, labeling, and cataloging documents according to established protocols
  • Upload, organize, and archive digital files in compliance with internal standards in our electronic document management system
  • Run cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve archiving management processes and systems

What We Offer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our company. You will also enjoy a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar
  • Proven experience in administrative and coordination roles, preferably with a focus on archiving documents
  • Natural interest in being an expert in relevant IT tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with German skills being an advantage
  • Good understanding of information structures
  • Presentation of process improvements
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
