Key Responsibilities
The OEM Sales Specialist will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a yearly business plan consistent with the team strategy that achieves market, product, and profitability targets.
- Establishing project and account priorities through a thorough review of major owners in each segment.
- Collaborating with line sales and regional management in the territory to maximize business results in a collaborative team effort.
- Targeting a designated and agreed-upon number of accounts and measuring progress through the specification development program.
- Completing account development by designing and implementing a strategy to sell the complete line of Victaulic products.
- Staying updated on market trends, competition, pricing, and new products.
About You
- A University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical piping sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Fluent English and Danish language skills, with knowledge of additional languages an asset.
