Enterprise Sales Growth Manager

GAN Integrity Solutions is seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As an essential member of our sales organization, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion.
We are looking for a results-driven individual who can leverage their exceptional sales skills and strategic thinking to introduce our solutions to new markets and territories. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute targeted sales strategies that deliver high-quality leads and drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Qualifying and producing quality leads for the EMEA sales team through targeted campaigns and strategic lead generation.
- Account-based selling to identify and pursue high-value opportunities across various industries.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations.
- Analyzing prospect needs and understanding business processes to identify potential solutions.
- Conducting discovery calls with specific prospects to assess their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior sales experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo, as well as account-based prospecting techniques.
- Cold calling skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering results.
- A sharp focus on goals and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
