We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic and growing team at Monta. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing our industry-leading Strategic Partners with a focus across the DACH region.
Our partners use Monta to manage their B2C, B2B customers and direct partners, and they rely on us to deliver exceptional results. To achieve this, we need someone who can develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, decision-makers, and influencers.
You will collaborate with your counterpart in Account Management to handle risk proactively, manage renewals, and grow your book of business over time to drive retention and expansion across your portfolio.
You will also ensure customer retention through strategic touchpoints, effective project management, escalation management, and success planning. Additionally, you will create champions internally within the customer's environment via effective customer onboardings and 'train the trainer' initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a globally active company, communicating often and regularly with our co-workers and partners around the world. Your spoken and written English skills should be proficient to succeed in this position.
